All Commercial, Industrial, Fire & Security Doors, Shutters and Fire/Smoke Curtains must be regularly serviced and repaired to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements of:
- Regulation 5 of the Workplace (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1992
- Regulation 6 of the Provision & Use of Works Equipment Regulations 1998
- Regulation 6 of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997

LBS provide the complete service, and being certified by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) in respect to LPS 1197 : Issue 2 (Requirements for LPCB certification of firms undertaking the maintenance and repair of doors, shutters, smoke /fire barriers) we provide confirmation that the product has passed our inspection and compliant with current statutory requirements. The frequency of this maintenance is determined by the use and occupancy of the building.
