4mm / 6mm mild steel plates (depending on curtain size / weight ) finished with one coat rust inhibitive primer
Curtain
75mm deep x 22/20/18g traditionally curved galvanised steel interlocking laths (as BS EN 10142)
Laterally restrained by endlocks riveted to both ends on alternate laths
Pre-formed bottom rail
Guides
60 x 32 x 3mm purpose made steel channels, mounted on 50 x 50 x 3mm mild steel angles for face fixed applications
Casing / fascia
1.2mm galvanised steel coil casings to be provided as required
Finish
Standard finish is galvanised steel curtain and bottom rail, Guides and headplates factory primed
These can be supplied with Polyester powder coat stock RAL or BS colour
