LBS offer a specialist range of Insulated Rolling Shutters with an insulation value of 0.9 w/m²/⁰C maintaining internal temperatures when fully closed and increased security as the curtain comprises two skins of 1.2mm galvanised steel with wind anchor guides.

A practical solution to door insulation and security , constructed from double skinned steel lath 100mm deep and 2 layers of 1.2mm thick.

Complete with perimeter weatherseals LBS INSUGUARD shutters can be supplied to suit openings up to 10m wide/ 8m high.

Electrically operated via single or three-phase motors shutters can be operated by push-button or fully automated with inductive loops, radar with timed return and mandatory safety features

Shutter curtains are galvanised, or finished externally withHP200 Plastisol or Polyester powder coating to stock BS or RAL colours as required.

Coil casings, fascias or surrounding flashings can be provided as required.
